・カナダ食品監視当局 The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) から、20例の大腸菌 O26：H11 感染例 laboratory-confirmed cases of Escherichia coli O26:H11 infection が報告され、Pillsbury brand Pizza Pops との疫学上の関連性が認められている。
・5つの州 five Canadian provinces: British Columbia (three cases), Alberta (nine cases), Saskatchewan (five cases), Ontario (two cases), and New Brunswick (one case) で確認されている。
・4人が入院となったたが、死亡例は報告されていない。年齢は1歳から87歳で性差はない。
・発症日は2025年10月上旬から11月下旬で、発症から15日～32日後に報告されている。

・Between 13 Dec 2025 and 16 Dec 2025 の期間に Quang Ngai Province, Viet Nam において、the Hong Van chain of stores のサンドイッチを食べた203人が医療機関を受診した。患者らは激しい腹痛、嘔吐、発熱、下痢を訴えている。
・ソーセージなど beef sausage, pork sausage, butter, and caramelized chili についての the Nha Trang Pasteur Institute の検査でサルモネラ菌属 Salmonella spp. が確認されたほか、コリアンダーはサルモネラ菌 Salmonella spp. とセレウス菌 Bacillus cereus が陽性となった。
・患者4人の便検体ではサルモネラ菌が陽性、1検体で黄色ブドウ球菌陽性となった。
・12月20日の時点で多くの患者が退院し、11人のみ観察入院となっている。
・食品の製造施設は認可を取得していなかった。

・いずれも入院となった、23歳女性、40歳女性、1歳男児で、咳、鼻水、発熱、咽頭痛、息切れの症状が見られたがその後退院した。海外渡航歴はなかった。
