・病院 the Novokuznetsk Maternity Hospital 内で9人の新生児が死亡したと、2026年1月13日、保健当局者 the Minister of Health of the Kemerovo Region が明らかにした；死亡は between 01 Dec 2025 and 11 Jan 2026 の間の、主に over the New Year holidays に発生していた。
・2026年1月12日、呼吸器感染症の増加を理由に一時入院を停止していた。
・死亡した症例の剖検が行われている。
・この産科病院は 2024年以降、患者用の手洗い器具の設置を行わないなど複数の違反 violations が確認されている。

○　コレラ　ナミビア
Summary
from 2015 through 2024 の間、ナミビア国内でコレラ感染の報告はなかったが、2025年3月にアンゴラとの国境に近い地域 the Kunene Region near the Angolan border で10年ぶりの感染が確認され、現在もアウトブレイクが続いている。
2025年、死亡例1例を含む合計64例が記録されている。
2026年1月14日現在、Grootfontein, Otjozondjupa Region において22例の地域内感染例が報告されている。

・the Juliana government farm, approximately 70 km north of Grootfontein を含む広範囲に拡大している。
・検査された83 samples のうち22 の陽性が確認されている。

Hantavirus case confirmed in El Bolsón, Río Negro, Argentina, with 12 close contacts in isolation

・El Bolsón, Argentina の19歳の男性患者が1月13日、ハンタウイルス hantavirus 検査で陽性が確認され、Hospital Zonal Bariloche の the Intermediate Care Unit に搬送され、現在状態は安定している。

●　腸管出血性大腸菌 EHEC　米国 (ARIZONA) 
Summary
保健当局  the Maricopa County Department of Public Health の調査で、小児の大腸菌感染症アウトブレイクの原因が the Arizona State Fair と判明した。患児らが展示されていた動物と接触していた。

●　ブドウ球菌感染症　ベトナム (HANOI) 
Summary
生後10か月の男児が、胸部の発疹の自壊後に細菌感染症を発症した。黄色ブドウ球菌による感染症で、皮膚病変と発熱があり抗生物質による治療が必要となった。

Summary
インド初のフグ食中毒の症例が報告され、川沿いのコミュニティにとってこれまで知られていなかった健康リスクとなっている。フグには強力な神経毒・テトロドトキシン the potent neurotoxin tetrodotoxin (TTX) があり、他の魚と間違えて知らずに食べられることが多い

Summary
Utah では最近の初発感染例 a recent first case in Summit County を含む、発生率の増加見られている。
Arizona は30年ぶりとなる規模のアウトブレイクが発生し、患者が Mohave County に集中している。ワクチン接種率が低い一部のコミュニティがあり、アウトブレイクの持続が予想されている。

HPAI confirmed in a sick Hawaiian native duck on 26 Nov 2025; no additional detections reported in Hawaii, USA, as of 13 Jan 2026
Key findings
One Hawaiian native duck (Koloa Maoli) found sick on 26 Nov 2025 at the US Fish and Wildlife Service's Hanalei Wildlife Refuge in Hanalei, Kauai, tested positive for highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI), as confirmed by the National Veterinary Services Laboratories. The bird died within 24 hours of being found.
