Summary

コンゴ民主共和国東部のエボラ出血熱アウトブレイクは、Ituri Province を中心に発生するも、North Kivu and South Kivu さらにはウガンダに波及しピークに達していない。

2026年6月29日、Haut-Ulélé において輸入例が確認され、国内4番目の地域 a fourth province in DRC での発生となった。

7月9日、Kisangani, the capital of Tshopo Province で2例が確認され、1例は the Niania health zone in Ituri Province に関連していたが、もう1例には地域外 a geographic link beyond Kisangani との関連は認められていない。

6月24日、DRC での支援活動後フランスに帰国した医療従事者1名の輸入感染例が報告された。

7月10日、DRC 国内で支援団体に在籍する米国民1名が Bundibugyo virus ウイルス検査で陽性となったと、the US CDC が明らかにした。

・過去24時間に確認された新たな感染例と死亡例は合計 31 new confirmed cases and 10 deaths である。

・国内 42 of 140 health zones across five provinces で発生し、もっとも深刻な状況にあるのは Ituri Province (1772 cases and 608 deaths; CFR: 34.3%), 次いで North Kivu (177 cases and 100 deaths; CFR: 56.5%), Haut-Uélé (7 cases and 7 deaths; CFR: 100%), Tshopo (4 cases and 3 deaths; CFR: 75%), and South Kivu (3 cases and 1 death; CFR: 33.3%) の順となっている。

・ウガンダでは6月21日以降、7月13日の時点で新たな感染例は報告されておらず、16例が回復した。

・ Bundibugyo virus に対する候補ワクチンの第1相臨床試験 A Phase I clinical trial of a candidate Bundibugyo virus vaccine が英国で開始されている。

・ 2例目の（輸入感染例の）米国の人道支援活動者のコンゴ民主共和国におけるアウトブレイクによるエボラ出血熱感染者が、ドイツに搬送された。この物品管理担当者 a warehouse manager for the aid group Samaritan's Purse は、フランクフルト大学病院の特殊病棟 the special isolation unit at Frankfurt University Hospital と13日報告されている。

・ DRC での活動後にフランスに帰国しエボラウイルス Bundibugyo ebolavirus (BDBV) が確認された医師は回復し、2回の PCR 検査陰性結果が確認され7月4日に退院した。

2026年7月14日時点でエボラ出血熱アウトブレイク the Ebola disease outbreak caused by Bundibugyo virus がコンゴ民主共和国とウガンダで発生している。

7月13日コンゴ民主共和国は1963例 confirmed cases, including 719 related deaths (from data up until 12 Jul 2026) を報告しており、合計736人の患者が隔離入院となっている。12日に発表された7月11日までの前回報告から、新たに31例が確認され10例が死亡した。この新たな感染例は Ituri and North Kivu から報告された。

Ituri province with 1772 cases, including 608 deaths, reported from 26 of 36 health zones. North Kivu, 177 cases, including 100 deaths, have been reported from 11 of 34 health zones.

South Kivu, three cases, including one death, have been reported from one of 34 health zones.

Haut-Uele, seven cases (seven deaths) have been reported from one of 13 health zones and in Tshopo four cases (three deaths) from three of 23 health zones.

Overall, 42 of 140 health zones are currently affected across the five provinces.

ウガンダでは7月13日現在、合計 20例 confirmed cases, including two deaths が保健省から報告されており、最新の感染例が報告されたのは6月21日で、その後新たな感染例は報告されていない。16例が回復した。すべての確定診断例のうち、15例には DRC 関連の渡航歴があり、5例は感染伝播イベントに関連していた。

2026年5月、治療のためドイツに医療搬送された米国民1名の輸入感染例があり、　もう1例がフランス保健省から報告されている。いずれも DRC のアウトブレイク発生地域からの輸入感染例である。7月10日、米 CDC が DRC の人道支援団体で働く米国民1名がエボラウイルス Bundibugyo virus 検査で陽性となったと報告し、同患者は7月13日にドイツに医療搬送された。

依然としてサーベイランスと疫学に大きな乖離があるものの、欧州地域 the European Union/European Economic Area (EU/EEA) 在住の市民の感染リスクは非常に低い。

　a further imported case was reported in France by the Ministry of Health. Both cases were imported from areas affected by the ongoing outbreak in DRC. On 10 July 2026, the US CDC reported that a US citizen working for a humanitarian organisation in DRC had tested positive for Bundibugyo virus. The patient was medically evacuated to Germany on 13 July 2026.

・ニューヨークにおける、サルモネラ感染症が疑われるアウトブレイク A suspected salmonellosis outbreak affecting the East End of Long Island, Suffolk County, New York, USA の調査が、郡保健当局 the Suffolk County Department of Health Services as of 12–13 Jul 2026 により行われている。

・ 7月初め以降、サルモネラ感染症とみられる症状のある合計58人が病院 Stony Brook Southampton Hospital (SBSH) で診察を受けた。

・病原体は公表されていない。

・ The Shinnecock Nation Council of Trustees はそのコミュニティ内でのアウトブレイクが、6月30日の葬儀後のレセプション funeral repast (reception following a community funeral) held within the community に関係すると述べている。

・公式発表 The official iDengue dashboard では 4万5101 cumulative cases (through 14 Jul 2026) で、24時間だけで 442 new cases が報告された。先月の epidemiological week 23 (mid-June 2026) のマレーシア国内の感染例は 3万3367 dengue cases であり、約1か月間に新たに1万例以上の増加となった。

・同ダッシュボード the iDengue dashboard では、Selangor’s cumulative total が 2万143 cases by 14 Jul 2026 に達し最も発生数の多い地域 the most affected area であり、Selangor に次いで the highest cumulative burden であるのは the Wilayah Persekutuan (Federal Territories) of Kuala Lumpur（クアラルンプール）and Putrajaya (8286), followed by Johor (5881), Sabah (3291), Negeri Sembilan (2573), and Perak (1481), with all remaining states below 800 cases の順となっている。

・デング熱関連死亡は29例に増加しているが、2025年同期は19例だった。
