Case 9: テネリフェ島で下船後、フランスへの帰国便のフライト中に発症し、PCR 検査で確定診断。critical condition in ICU care and on ECMO as of May 13
Case 10: テネリフェ島で下船後、米国へ帰国し軽い症状があったが、現在無症状。検体のうち、１つが陽性、1つが陰性のため、再検査中。医師であり、船内で患者らの診療を行った。the University of Nebraska Medical Center's biocontainment unit に隔離中。
Case 11: テネリフェ島で下船後、（スペイン）マドリード Madrid 到着後 Gómez Ulla Central Defense Hospital in Madrid で隔離、検査陽性。

Case 1: 成人男性。4月6日発症，同11日死亡。微生物学的検査未実施（ a probable case）。
Case 2: 成人女性，case１の濃厚接触者。南アで症状が悪化し死亡。確定診断。
Case 3: 成人男性，4月24日に発症・下船。 Ascension Island から医療搬送され、現在ヨハネスブルグの病院の集中治療室において入院治療中。確定診断。
Case 4: 成人女性，4月28日に発症し5月2日に死亡。確定診断。.
Case 5: 成人男性，船医。発症し確定診断。5月6日にオランダに医療搬送。
Case 6: 成人男性，a ship guide。軽度の呼吸器および消化器症状を訴え確定診断。オランダへ医療搬送。
Case 7: 成人男性，セントヘレナ島で下船し，同27-28日に南アおよびカタール経由でスイスに帰国し，PCR検査で確定診断。
Case 8: 成人男性，Tristan da Cunha 島で下船。その後下痢、発熱あるも状態は安定。自己隔離中（a probable case）。
One case previously reported as suspected の客室乗務員は、PCRおよび血液検査で陰性となり non-case
Emory University Hospital in Atlanta に搬送された有症状の米国人は検査陰性。
As of 13 May 2026, all confirmed and probable cases were limited to cruise ship passengers and crew.

フランス
・ A French woman with confirmed hantavirus infection remains critically ill in Paris and is receiving extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) support for severe cardiopulmonary complications.
・ 8名がセントヘレナ島→ヨハネスブルグのフライトで曝露し、パリで隔離。症状なし。
・ 5名が Pitié-Salpêtrière Hospital on 12 May 2026 に入院。
・ 3名がパリに搬送予定。
南アフリカ
・ 97 contacts linked to confirmed hantavirus cases associated with the MV Hondius outbreak が特定。90 contacts が the full six-week follow-up period のサーベイランス中。
・ 86 名が Gauteng Province and 4名が Western Cape Province.
・ One contact in Western Cape が発症したが、5月9日のPCR検査で陰性。
米国
・ Kansas: 3名が under monitoring following high-risk exposure to a confirmed ANDV case. 機内で、陽性が確認された乗船客との接触あり。乗船しておらず、無症状。
・ New York: the three New York-state passengers のうちの2名 from Hudson Valley (Upstate New York) が隔離。3人目は Offutt Air Force Base in Nebraska on 12 May 2026 に到着し、the 17 Americans undergoing 42-day monitoring at the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) の1名としてモニター中。
・ Minnesota: a confirmed case と国外で短期間の曝露があった可能性のある1名をモニター中。無症状。
・ Atlanta: 症状のある乗船客1名 A symptomatic cruise ship passenger at Emory University Hospital は検査で陰性 negative for ANDV on repeat PCR testing となった。
カナダ
・ 4人の Canadian passengers who arrived in British Columbia on 10 May 2026 は無症状のまま、5月10日から21日ないし42日間の自己隔離を実施中。
・ ほか5人が potentially exposed contacts とされ、2人はアウトブレイク発覚前に下船、3人は確定例から機内で曝露。全員無症状。
・ 国内のハイリスク接触者は9人となった。
オランダ
・ 12人の病院スタッフ hospital staff in Nijmegen が、厳格なプロトコールなしに確定例の検体を扱った都の理由で、6週間の検疫 under precautionary six-week quarantine に従っている。
イタリア
・ 4人の possible hantavirus exposure は検査陰性 negative for ANDV。

Epidemiological analysis
・ As of 13 May 2026、アウトブレイクの患者は 11 reported cases, including nine confirmed and two probable infections, with three fatalities.
・ 乗員乗客以外のコミュニティでの感染伝播例はいない。
・ 米国内で確定例から機内で曝露したモニター中の新たに確認された症例は、疫学的関連性は確定していない。

ハンタウイルス感染 a potential hantavirus case が疑われる a resident of Winnebago County について、イリノイ州保健当局が調査を行っている。クルーズ船アウトブレイクとの関連はないとみられ、ヒト－ヒト感染によるものとは考えられていない。げっ歯類の糞の曝露でウイルスに感染したとみられている。
○ デング熱 ホンジュラス
Summary
2026年は中等度のデング熱流行 a moderate dengue season となっており、2025年の同時期のおよそ半数の症例数であり、深刻な the severe 2024 outbreak 流行後のレベルにある。5月から11月までの雨期に入ることから、Circulation of DENV-3（3型ウイルスの感染循環）と人口密集地の都市部に患者が集中し、特に小児において重症化のリスクは残されている。

・ as of epidemiological week 18 (3–9 May 2026) ホンジュラス国内で累計3035例のデング熱 suspected dengue cases が発生し、698例が with warning signs、52例が重症例 severe dengue とされているが、死亡例は報告されていないと、 the Ministry of Health (SESAL) が発表したと報じられている。

・ As of 06 Apr 2026、モンゴル国内 across Ulaanbaatar（ウランバートル）, Darkhan-Uul, Khovd, and Uvs provincesで7例の髄膜炎菌感染症 confirmed cases of meningococcal disease と3例の死亡が報告されている。
・ all confirmed cases fall within the 6-month to 10-year age range.
・ 2026年3月に Khovd aimag において A separate cluster クラスターが報告され、2例の感染と1例の死亡が発生した。

・ The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control and Prevention (NCDC) reported 190 deaths from Lassa fever in Nigeria as of epidemiological week (EW) 17 (20–26 Apr 2026).
・ 致死率 The case fatality rate (CFR) stands at 25.2%, a marked rise from the 19.1% CFR recorded during the same epidemiological period in 2025.
● 軟ダニ回帰熱 イスラエル、レバノンから
Summary
cave fever 症状により、レバノン南部から複数名の兵士が搬送された。ダニが媒介する細菌が原因の疾患で、反復する熱、頭痛、筋肉痛、衰弱などの症状がみられる。通常、感染は訓練中またはダニのいる環境で発生するが、今回の症例は軍務の中で感染した点が注目される。
